In a real emergency The Salvation Army, the Foxton Centre and some of the other drop in centres may be able to provide :
- Blankets or Sleeping Bags (as available)
- Showers and a change of underwear and socks
- a voucher for a change of clothing via a charity shop
- a sandwich and a cuppa
Food parcels are usually only issued (when available) against a referral in writing from Social Services or another recognised agency.
