The new web site with information about homelessness in Preston is now available and has its own domain name

www.homelessinpreston.org.uk

In association with this we are proposing to produce, print and distribute a credit card size fold out concertina leaflet with 12 panels of important information for homeless people such as

We would want to print several thousand of these and distribute them to homeless people and other actual and potential service users through drop in centres and soup kitchens, advice desks, clinics, street outreach teams, staff of agencies such as police and health service, support groups, churches etc.

We think we can fill about half the panels with basic key information from the existing leaflets downloadable from the web site. Which leaves half a dozen panels which we would like to make available to service providers to advertise their services to potential users. As a partnership effort and with several organisations contributing a small amount of the funding we think we can commission a fairly large print run.

Would your agency like to buy some targeted publicity? The cost would be as little as £50 a panel. At this time of year it might be a good way to use up any underspend in your budget.

We need to take your orders to reserve your space by Monday 8th March and would need your art work by 15th March.  Please remember there is minimal space on each panel and the samples below suggest the absolute maximum of wording that can be printed at a readable font size.
