Police are appealing for information about
a missing man.
Thomas Billington, 67, is well known in Preston city centre and has lived rough for a number of
years.
But he has not contacted his family or friends in recent weeks and Sgt Paul
McLernon from Preston Police said: "The family of Mr Billington are
becoming increasingly concerned.
"Our inquiries in and around the city centre with friends and
acquaintances of Mr Billington have proved unsuccessful. I am appealing to
anyone who knows anything to get in touch."
Anyone with any information about Mr Billington is asked to contact the police
on 0845 1 25 35 45 or speak anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
